Yes it is unlocked for GSM networks like TMobile and AT&T can use two SIM cards so you can be on both networks at the same time if you wanted. Price is the lowest in the unlocked dual sim, so I'm going stay where I am on that. Thanks

Your phone is interational or have B71 capability?

It's a dual SIM, I believe it's international and don't think it has band 71, not positive tho, is band 71 even active? I don't think it is active in my area, seems like I have seen band 66 in my area, but I use several devices so I'm not sure if I saw band 66 on this one or one of my other devices. I think this phone is model number xt1955-2 www.phonemore.com probably has a listing of the bands support, I do know it can run late of both Sims at the same time. Help that help, I'll try and post the band info in a minute.

According to phonemore it does not have band 71.
