Hello, did you know that there are two types of screen protectors: some are made with curved edges to hug the contours of a curved screen and some are made without curved edges. The ones that are made without curved edges will lie on top of the screen and because of the curve underneath appear with gaps. Judging from your comment, it is apparent that you were ignorant of this fact. So no, you are incorrect. The screen protector fits, and it is made for the model. It just doesn't have curve edges.
