What specific software issues are you having/referring too? Obviously, not all units have all issues, could you elaborate on the disclaimer?

There is nothing wrong with my unit, just a normal disclaimer. Thank you for your interest!

@Steven K. Just look up software issues relating to the SB2 lineup. Biggest issue with the SB2 is the integrated graphics card constantly disconnecting from the main unit itself. Only way to temporary fix it is to disconnect and reconnect, go into device manager and scan for hardware changes and lastly to restart the computer. That's why I sold mine a couple months back. I LOVE the device but hated the fact it kept pushing my to Intel's dedicated graphics when playing video games.

@Steven K.
@Brutaka

Your issue was already fixed back in October.

Also your issue of it using intel dedicated graphics is because you didn't set the program to use the dedicated GPU in the Nvidia control panel.

Please do not spread old information in other peoples listing. Thanks

My unit never had this issue to begin with.

I appreciate the info and certainly can Google issues with the SB2. However, when someone goes out of their way to say "I am not responsible for any software issues that is known for all Surface Book 2 models", it's usually worth a question because it typically means there's something currently going on with that unit, one of those known issues. Hard to understand the disclaimer if there's never been an issue with anything. We normally don't know about or look up issues unless we are having them. But what do I know, I just asked because it was an odd disclaimer.

@Steven K.
Yeah, I understand what you mean. The purpose was just in case any issue arises, for instance the Xbox 360. If I never had the RROD, doesn't mean it can't happen in the future because it's a known problem with the 360.

Hey Jake, how is the battery holding up?

@Ryan K.
Hi.
Tablet battery doesn't last that long but that's normal even with new devices. Other than that it feels fine when it's attached to the base. I have a battery report screenshot in one of the pictures, feel free to look at it! Thank you for your interest.
