All original parts, nothing has been replaced. There is a tiny scratch on the screen that will show up when the screen is not lit, and viewed from a certain angle. I tried to make it show in the pics, but it is really hard to see.

What is the battery health percentage?

I don’t have it with me, but I believe it was 92 or 94%.

Given the photos which clearly indicate scratches on the outer shell and your comments about the scratches on the screen, this phone is not in mint, but rather “good” condition. I highly recommend you change the classification.
