I realized the box label doesn't match the phone IMEI. My friend, the owner said Verizon replaced just the phone and not the box due to an issue with the original. The replacement was a NEW phone and not a reconditioned or refurb. The phone for sale was most definitely a new phone and is not a refurb or reconditioned. Just want to be honest here and no surprises.
