Damage Description
Screen is just about Mint, I cant find any nicks or scratches. The back metal has some spots as you can see in the photos and around the around the camera cutout for the case . The marks came from being in the original case since it was new.

Dual sim
Yes, all OnePlus phones have dual SIM.
I'm unable to make it out from your photos, what kind of screen protector does it have, if any?
If it doesn't, is the original film that comes from the factory still present?
There is no screen protector on it. I removed it before taking pictures. It was the original.
Damn. That's unfortunate. I cracked the factory film on my 5T from sliding a bench over it and then the "3D crystal" replacement I purchased from OnePlus is completely shattered. I don't know where to get a new one.

Screen is pretty much mint. Couldn't find any scratches. Charger and cable are not original, its a 2amp Samsung charger.
