Yes, everything that comes in the box is still with it. No, it has never been activated. The only time it's even been turned on was for the verification photo here on swappa. The screen protector looks stupid because I tried to straighten it and got air and lint on it, other than that it's been in it's box

Is it under warranty? If yes, then I am ready to pay $360 for it.

Haha, funny. It's a brand new phone man, as anyone can see clearly on the receipt it was purchased from a best buy store less than 6 months ago for 500 dollars. It has never been used and is still sitting in the box. I've been dropping the price at about the same rate they are on their website. Not sure how that's price gouging, but think whatever you want.
