Yes, phone is completely paid off. Not tied with any payment plan, clean IMEI. Happy to share the original purchase bills when I ship the device.
As I have described in my listing, the phone was brand new and never used, still have 11 months warranty left.
As the device is from T-Mobile, its locked to TMobile (can request for unlock after 40 days of service). Apart from TMobile, It can be used with any of the below TMobile MVNOs immediately.
