My parents are buying the phone for me and they are shipping the phone to where I am which is not in my home state and paypal wants to have matching shipping and delivery address. Any way I can go around that or no?

When they go to purchase through PayPal they can change the shipping address and addressee in Paypal before completing the purchase.

Er, not sure what happened with the other person, but if you lower to $720 again, I'll buy. I do wish that Swappa had an offer mechanism (certainly would be helpful to you as a seller so as not to tip your hand).
