I am a Sprint user but I travel a lot so I need to use this phone on other networks too when my roaming is not working, may I know the reason why it can't be unlocked by sprint?

The phone can be unlocked by Sprint only to the owner of the device. I'm not the owner. I'm a Sprint dealer ant they do not unlock for us.I order to unlock the phone with Sprint you need to use it for 50-60 days.

Dealer sells the phones. Owner use the phones. if you are Sprint customer and want to use the phone with Sprint have no problem to activate the device with Sprint. if you want to unlock you have to use it for around 50 days in order to unlock the phone by Sprint.
