does it come with the original box and accessories?
Yes it comes with all originals entirely boxes and pencil box. There isn’t manuals that come with iPads.

Can you check if the camera shutter sounds even when muted? Some models model can’t turn it off.
Adam - I have the volume all the way down on the iPad and used the camera I do not hear a shutter.
