What is the Battery Percentage?
No thanks on the $300. Not sure I understand the battery percentage question. The phone is two years old. I'll make sure it's fully charged before it ships.
Go to “Battery Health” and look at the %. If you’re not sure what we’re asking, look at other seller listings. Not a measure of current charge (which anyone with electricity can address) but the phone’s ability to hold a charge efficiently.

any scratches on the screen?
There are very minor scratches on the screen. Hard to notice unless you look closely in the light with the screen off. This phone has been in a book cover type case.
