I bought this laptop in September 2019, and I have used it lightly since then for schoolwork and web browsing. It looks brand new and has no marks, damage, etc; no signs of wear and tear. I no longer have the original packaging, but will provide safe packaging for shipping. Factory power cord and wall adapter included; laptop will be factory reset. The reason I am selling this is to purchase the new 16" model, which fits my needs better.
