Brand new top enclosure and screen. My iPhone made a little knick in the top of the case, so it was replaced about 2 weeks ago which includes a entirely top enclosure AND a new screen. Thanks AppleCare+
The underside shows typical, light wear on the feet. All ports are all working, but if you look closely you can see the expected marks inside the port from use.

Yes, I am the original owner. Screenshot of bill of sale is the photos.
My iPhone fell from my hand about 10 inches and the corner landed on the closed MBP. This made small knick in the top of the case. It was only cosmetic, but that's just one part. They replaced the screen and the top enclosure.
