Why is the back surface scratched so severely?

Is not scratched, is the light/effect photo issue. 0 scratches, like brand new out the box.

After looking more closely, the lines that look like scratches are oriented in a different directions based on lighting of different photos, so I'll take your word on the condition. What's the remaining warranty?

I hear ya. My Model 3 interior is the same way! Any reason to expect it will not be able to be used on Verizon service? (I'm new to this, having bought phones and done SIM checks many times on Swappa for phones.)

I think works with all companys for sure. Because is a esim, is not a physical sim. Works for sure on all usa carriers and worlwide, i bet.
