Damage Description
The phone is in very good condition. There are a few small scuffs on the lower back of the phone, circled in yellow in one of the pictures. The phone has had a case and screen protector on it since purchase. I think the scuffs occurred when the screen protector was being put on.

Is that screen burning on the first photo?
There is no screen burn in. I think you may be referring to the image where the background is of a sunrise. Also, the "always on" display is turned on, so the time and battery level always shows on the lock screen.
