Before completing your purchase, make sure your shipping address is correct. PangeaDeals is unable to make changes to the shipping address after payment is made, and will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

For our mutual protection, order amounts over $99.99 will be shipped "Signature Required"...NO EXCEPTIONS. We only ship to USA. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We have no control over delays caused by the shipping carrier. Do to signature required on all deliveries we do not accept P.O. Boxes or Warehouse addresses. We do not accept changes to the address to be made once shipped. If the address is changed the package will be returned to us and a refund will be issued.

Your item will be shipped within (5) business day (Monday through Friday) after your payment has been processed and completed. Once payment has been received by Pangea Deals®, you will receive an email message including your tracking number and confirmation that we have shipped your purchase. Tracking information will also be uploaded to your account during 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the shipping carrier's system.

Any shipments assigned a tracking number on Saturday, Sunday, or a major holiday will not be picked up by the shipping carrier until the following business day.

If the device you purchased is found to be defective or cannot be activated with the specified mobile carrier, we will be happy to provide a full refund upon the item's return within 30 days of your receiving delivery.

Exchanges or replacements are not available. If you need to return a defective device, please contact us through messaging before shipping the return. Tracking information must be sent to us once the return is mailed back. Once the item has been received and verified no tampering has occurred, a refund of the purchase price and any taxes paid will be issued through PayPal.
