For sale is iPhone Xs Max 64 GB Gold locked to AT&T carrier. Battery health is at 100%. Apple Warranty expires on 01/15/2020. Overall this iPhone is in great shape. Screen does have some light scratches from everyday use, see pictures. Scratches only visible at certain angle and not visible when using iPhone. Frame has no dents or scratches. Glass back has one tiny scratch, no cracks. All the features have been tested and work great without any issues. Only phone is included, no accessories. iPhone will have sufficient charge prior to shipping. I ship either same day or next business day via USPS with 1-3 day shipping. Any questions let me know.

Is this eligible to be unlocked?
I have no idea. I'm sure you can unlock it with one of the paid unlocking services. Or through AT&T if you are a customer. Phone is not financed, fully paid off with clean IMEI. However I can make no guarantee how easy it is to unlock it.
Att requires that the phone be paid off and out of contract. Is it out of contract?
I ran IMEI and it's clean, not financed and paid off. If it's paid off it's not on contract. Swappa does not allow financed phones so all the phones on sale here are paid off with clean IMEI. I'm not the original owner.

It's eligible to unlock, but they are taking their time to unlock for some reason. Not sure how long it takes. Previous owner submitted unlock request but because it's taking a long time I just listed it as locked to ATT. This is the message: "Looks like we're already processing a request for this IMEI."
