Curious, can smartwatches like these be activated with other gsm carriers? I know this one originally from at&t, but wonder if it would work for me with Tmobile?
I'm pretty sure the sim card is not removable, but I do not use the watch with it's own number. You can connect it to your phone with bluetooth and text/call/use data through your own phone. You do not need to have a plan on it, as long as you use bluetooth.
But if you want to use it as it's own device, with separate number and plan, it has to be at&t.
Ohh. Well if it works just via Bluetooth as the first gen Apple watch did with iPhone than that is all I would need. Battery life still holding up good?
I haven't used it for awhile but it was decent. If you want I could test it some to see.
