Surface Book 2 NEW..7 Charges!

this is seriously a new new surface book 2 15" . it has less than 7 charges on it. Under warranty until 2020. Not one scratch or ding or one piece of dust on it. Box is even perfect. Surface Pen perfect. 16g ddr4...8th gen I7. 256g storage NVME. Nvidia GTX 1060 6g desktop gpu base. Got two in raffle. We want to keep one and use extra money for Xmas. This should be considered brandnew. Last picture was from 3 days ago showing battery cycle life. 7 charges. Any questions feel free to ask. Save 600 plus taxes from buying new. If you decide to buy used...most important thing when buying surface books.....check battery life. If you want to spend only 1200 to 1500...order a year old one on ebay. Save the begging and trolling. Lowballers ignored. Thanks!

Hello, does this one come with its warranty?

---- Seller
- Nov 25, 2019 - 09:02 AM

I never activated it through dell. Not sure how that works but yes I'll check that. Should be a year or two

---- Seller
- Nov 25, 2019 - 09:02 AM

I'll get with you

---- Seller
- Nov 25, 2019 - 09:16 AM

I'll go home at lunch and get the service tag and contact dell and get that info for you

Nov 25, 2019 - 10:07 AM

Sounds great! Looking forwards to the good news

---- Seller
- Nov 25, 2019 - 10:08 AM

Check back in about an hour. I'll leave the office and run home

---- Seller
- Nov 25, 2019 - 11:21 AM

Hi. It's under warranty still until Jan. 2020. Apparently it starts the 1st day of purchase regardless if it's opened and registered or not. As you can see in my picture from 8 days ago that's dated it's only been charged 7 cycles. Also to I checked the Microsoft website and you can add or extend warranty at any point of the life of the surface book. Its perfect mint and gas been opened about 2 months and barely touched.

---- Seller
- Nov 25, 2019 - 11:37 AM

If you wanted the full free year it may be best to buy it new and spend the extra 500. If you don't mind a new one with partial warranty you are covered. Judging by the fact you are shopping on swappa you don't mind not getting a full year. They are all used. The key is buying the newest one. Thanks. Hope that helps

How would you say this compares to a MacBook pro. I have the 2019 model but I'm looking to switch to windows.

---- Seller
- Nov 25, 2019 - 02:39 PM

It all depends on the OS you prefer. They all have the same PC parts. Remember Apple doesn't make computers they make cases and operating systems. The parts are ALL PC. I will say windows PCs usually always have the higher end components. As far as gaming the best Apple has to offer in a MacBook pro is a Radeon pro 560x. A low end GpU. The surface book has an Nvidia 1060 6g full size GpU. You can def get your game on with this model. Not to mention you can pop the 15" top portion off and have a real windows desktop PC in a tablet. Not a mobile os system like the iPad pros.

---- Seller
- Nov 25, 2019 - 02:41 PM

I'll always prefer windows over Apple just because you get twice as much for your money. The surface models are all aluminum just like the MacBooks and 2k screens. Very very well built like macbooks

So I checked with Microsoft and they said if the original purchase is less than 45 days, I can still buy microsoft complete for that. do you happen to know the purchase date?

---- Seller
- Nov 25, 2019 - 05:59 PM

In my original description it states that we won it in a raffle. We did not purchase it obviously so I couldn't tell you that. Considering the warranty is over in Jan 2020 I would assume it was purchased 11 months ago but never opened. Like I said we opened it a few months ago as you can tell by the battery report. You may as well buy a brand-new one from the store at this point for what your looking for. Swappa will be of no service to you. I have by far the newest one on here.

---- Seller
- Nov 25, 2019 - 06:01 PM

I added a pic showing the warranty

Nov 25, 2019 - 06:20 PM

Do you have the serial number

---- Seller

It's typed in the description

---- Seller

Where the specs are listed

---- Seller
- Nov 25, 2019 - 07:04 PM

ok i just checked and its only for seller. it want let buyers see it for some reason. its in there on my end. Anyway. you got a month left on the warranty and can add warranty. ive listed all the info you need . Apparently swappa want show it for a reason. May i ask why you need the serial number? ive already sent pics of warranty status and battery life. Nothing shady here man lol If you want it let me know

---- Seller
- Nov 25, 2019 - 07:10 PM

Not saying you would by any means..but it's not allowed to be listed because people could take your seriel and re register your PCs to their name I'm guessing. I've listed everything required for a safe sale and some. Let me know. If you are looking for a 45 day old surface book you arexon the wrong site . I'm about the closest your going to get to it on here. Thanks

I want to buy this so badly, but I won't be able to until Dec. 15th. Aaaand it'll probably be gone by then lol I'll definitely keep checking back, though -- I'm a web developer looking to make the switch from a 2018 MB Pro, and I've decided on the SB2, hands down. Fingers crossed!

---- Seller
- Nov 28, 2019 - 05:27 PM

I'm sure it will still be here man. Happy holidays

Nov 28, 2019 - 07:37 PM

Thanks, Keith. I'll have the full amount on the 15th, so I'll be checking back until then.

---- Seller
- Nov 28, 2019 - 07:48 PM

Sounds good

Nov 29, 2019 - 07:37 AM

Hi. What does the "LTMF97345" stand for?
(Not trying to be odd or rude. Just genuinely curious.)

---- Seller
- Nov 29, 2019 - 07:48 AM

Lol it's the sale number swappa gives you . Nothing to do with the surface. Everything you sell on swappa has one that swappa provides to identify the sale

Nov 29, 2019 - 07:53 AM

Ah. Ok. Got it now. This is my first time on Swappa. :)
I saw your post on Facebook and I searched for "LTMF97345" and it led me here.
Thanks for answering. Haha.

---- Seller
- Nov 29, 2019 - 07:55 AM

No problem man. I used the same pics is why. Enjoy your day.

Dec 01, 2019 - 06:22 PM

Hello. If you could lower the price to $1550 I could buy it right now. What do you say?

---- Seller
- Dec 01, 2019 - 06:37 PM

I could do 1600. I will not go lower

---- Seller
- Dec 01, 2019 - 06:52 PM

Say the word and I'll lower it to 1600.

Dec 01, 2019 - 07:11 PM

Let's do it

---- Seller
- Dec 01, 2019 - 07:12 PM

Done

Dec 01, 2019 - 07:20 PM

Thanks. Give me a moment please, Paypal is not letting me pay on Swappa

---- Seller
- Dec 01, 2019 - 07:20 PM

No rush

---- Seller
- Dec 01, 2019 - 07:51 PM

Everyone uses PayPal through swappa so I know it works. It may be a funds issue with you. Make sure you have a card linked. I'm going to raise the price back. Let me know if you figure your account out. Thanks

Dec 01, 2019 - 07:54 PM

It's a security issue. I'm trying to contact Paypal, I'll let you know if I get it fixed. Thanks!

---- Seller
- Dec 01, 2019 - 08:31 PM

I'll go ahead and move it back to 1600 in case you figure it out while I'm busy. You can just buy it.

---- Seller
- Dec 01, 2019 - 09:42 PM

Moving it back up. Sorry man. PayPal is usually on top of that stuff with a quick call. I wasn't really comfortable with that price anyway. I'm in no rush to sell. Thanks. Sorry it didn't work out.

---- Seller
- Dec 04, 2019 - 08:33 AM

Swappa agent..could you please delete all of the comments for my ad so far? nothing but pointless questions and fake offers to date. id like a fresh start of real questions and offers. Thanks
