The fee is already included in the price so the price should be set to $1,050 since this is what we agreed upon. Right now it should $1,085 which means the $35 is paid twice.

So Swappa got back to me really fast and told me to ask you if your Swappa is set up with an email address that can accept PayPal requests. They think this is why my payment isn't able to go through since it may have no account to go to.

Alright so I just got off the phone with PayPal and they are the ones who are stopping the payment because they have the sellers account flagged as "High Risk" for some reason. Because of this there is no way to make the purchase through Swappa. They said the only way to proceed is you can send me a PayPal invoice to [email protected] and ship the item and once I receive it they will release the funds to your account. Sorry for the hassle but I have never had this happen before and I am simply not comfortable with just sending $1,050 with no recourse. The good thing is if you send me an invoice then this will avoid the $35 fee. If you still want to sell, send me the PayPal invoice and I can supply my address and the funds will be released once I receive the item. Thanks so much and have a great day.

I tried purchasing for a sixth time with still no luck. At this point, my Mercari account has been locked and my credit card has been shut down so there is nothing else I can really do and I don't want to put my friends Swappa account in bad standing. I appreciate your time but PayPal has your account flagged for some reason so anyone who tries to buy will have the same issue. Maybe contact them to see what's up but otherwise, there isn't anything more I can do.
