How long have you had the phone? Also if it's not too much to ask, can you post a picture of the screen with the screen off to see any scratches it may have?

Had the phone since Oct 2017, added new photos showing the scuffing on top in the light, no on screen scratches

Is the sim card tray still in good condition? Looks like the hole is damaged from a certain angle.

I just used the sim tray to remove the sim card, it still works and is undamaged, I'll upload a photo of it

Can you please download Simple CID Getter and post a photo of your CID? 00000000 will show it's got a unlocked bootloader(and belongs in this category), 00000001 will show it's a Verizon locked bootloader (and should go into the Verizon category). You may need to download an APK of the program as I've been told it's no longer in the Google Play store.

I've used the phone on both AT&T and Google Fi, I've never used Verizon, and I bought it unlocked through a store, not a carrier

I didn’t know how to do the CID getter, but I put my current AT&T SIM in, and I uploaded the photos of it working.

How loose is the charging port? Does the cable slide out with the barely tug or is it just slightly less secure than it originally was?

It is pretty loose, it’ll charge fine if you put it in and don’t move around the phone too much, and new cables seem to work better. It’s possible the port just needs to be cleaned to help them fit.
