I attempted to make a payment and it was declined (which has never happened). Paypal refuses to inform me as to why so there may be an issue with your account and they are protecting your privacy.

My paypal has been verified and is all set to accept payment.

I had the same problem and I have been trying to buy your phone since the November 11th. My bank says that I payed for it but Swappa said that the payment hasn’t gone through.

There seems to be a separate issue with PayPal that is causing the error with payments. I wouldn’t recommended trying to send any payment until it’s resolved

I believe issue with PayPal has been resolved. It wasn’t an issue specifically with my account but with PayPal as a whole.
