Hello swappa I tried buying this phone but got "payment not submitted" when I tried to finalize the purchase. However I added the $60 extra protection service, and when I checked my PayPal, that charge did get through of $60, what exactly am I supposed to do here?

Hello @Sean, I've been trying to buy the item repeatedly but it keeps rejecting my payment. I've run into the same issue on other swappa listings apperently it's a problem right now between swappa and PayPal. I know it's a long shot, but would you change the price to 406, right now it's at 405. I've seen some of these other listings get sold successfully after they change the price, maybe it will work here?

Please let me know when you adjust the price thanks.

@Nikhil V, I entered the IMEI number on Mint Mobile’s site for the phone I’m selling and it says it is compatible for speeds up to 4G

Sean m, you should cancel and re list the phone. No one can buy it. Not sure if that will fix issue but it's worth trying.
