Is there any warranty left & what's the battery max capacity?

The phone is coming up on a year old. I am not sure if apples standard warranty is a year or two. And by battery capacity I assume you mean mAH? If so it is 2658 mAH.

Yes it should be unlocked from Verizon. I will go in person once it's purchased to make sure. As far as bands support you will have the check with the model number. But yes it should work on multiple networks.
