Does this phone have any warranty remaining?

Yes. 90 days starting yesterday when i picked it up from apple. Receipt provided. This was a replacement of my old phone under Apple Care.

Box & accessories?

All accessories. Box yes, but for the phone that this one replaced.

@stashystash battery has not been used beyond turning it on once when I got it from apple.

Please note that I can provide you with a box but for this same IMEI as this is a new phone replacement of the one that belong to the box.

And correction: the earphones are brand new. The adapter is not from apple, but new. New cable from Anker.

This is a replacement phone. It was never used or installed. My old phone was broken and this is the replacement under applecare. Apple replaced my phone with a new one instead of fixing my broken one. Documentation is available
