Damage Description
The phone has always been in a case and had a screen protector so the screen has no scratches. The camera lens on the back has a crack in the glass. It still takes pictures just fine and I can't tell any difference in the pictures at all.

Always stored in a case with a screen protector. The screen on the front is in like new condition with no scratches. The rear camera lens has a crack in the lens that does not affect the camera or functionality of the phone. I can't notice a reduced quality in the pictures at all. This product has an MEID and an IMEI so I believe it is CDMA or GSM. I was originally a Verizon customer when I first bought the phone and then we switched to Sprint so I know it works on both those networks. The phone has been reset and the SIM card removed.
