The phone is factory unlocked. The phone is sealed in plastic and is brand new. Yes you will have the warranty. Where will you be using the phone?

It should work. But with overseas phone I like to verify them working before I ship them out. If you bought the phone would you allow me to put in a Colombia sim? Just so we dont have any issues? I would only open the phone to ensure it connects and that's it
