what do you mean never used? where did you buy it and is it refurbished? does it have apple original battery?
Its a factory new phone from Apple, I received it when i sent in my old one for replacement. Only works with Sprint Carrier, brand new except for bent sim card holder tab. Works as brand new
How did the Sim card holder get bent?
