The condition is just how it looks in the pictures. It's in great shape, no scratches on the face/screen glass, and no blemishes to speak of on the body or band. I don't know how old it is because I originally bought it here on Swappa. I don't know how the battery performed when brand new, but it's never lasted me less than a full day. I don't know exactly how long it lasts because I always charged it at night. This one does not have the SIM option.
