Weird, I've never encountered problems with Paypal. The error message tells me to go make to the merchant and choose a different option to pay. When I try to contact PayPal, it says please close this window and select another contact option....so I'm at a lost. Will try again tomorrow. Sorry wish I could take it off your hands.

If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).

While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.
