what is the battery health?

Battery Health is at 96%. The battery is not degraded or consumed and is supporting normal peak performance.

Hi Amanda, the device is including a lightning cable, a 5w USB to lightning, cases (pictured above), front and back glass screen protectors. There is nothing wrong with the device itself, no failing software, no damages to the hardware. Everything is in great condition, the device has only been out for a year so that’s how long I had it for. And yes, the device was purchased outright so it is unlocked.
As for free shipping, the price of the device has already dropped a lot, so for right now, the price of the phone will remain its current price. If it makes any consolidation, swappa includes the shipping cost in the cost you see! Makes it an easier pill to swallow when buying. Thanks again for your question!
