All of the requirements have been met except I’ve owned the phone for under a year- I got it as a gift for Xmas last year. So I don’t know if that will matter. I’m unaware of why it would be a unlock incapable phone.

Has the battery been tested?

The battery lasts for days. I have not had it formally tested.
