this is not a "blue" phone, its the aura glow color, you can tell by the color the tip on the pen on the box

The color of the pen on the box is blue. Would that not make it a blue phone?

Negative. The blue phone has an ALL blue pen on the box. The Aura Glow color has a silver/white tip on the end of the pen on the box picture.
