Question you say that it will not work on T-Mobile, isn't this the Samsung Factory unlocked S10E? Or is it carrier unlocked by Verizon or Spring?

Hello. I believe it is factory unlocked. But upon checking the imei number, I could only confirm that the phone would work with Verizon and sprint. That is why I have stated that the phone is only guaranteed to work with those two networks. It is possible that tmobile and at&t will work with this phone. I do not guarantee it though.

Hi, Upon checking the imei number with the link provided, this is the message received, "Your phone will work great on our network, but we can’t determine if it’s unlocked. Check with your current carrier before bringing it to Metro." Since the phone is unlocked by Samsung, I believe it will work with metro. Although I do not guarantee it.

Is it SM-G970U1 or SM-G970U? Will you provide original receipt for warranty?
