I bought this device off eBay and repaired it myself. I replaced the entire screen assembly, excluding the home button and cameras. I replaced the battery as well which I bought off eBay. The other parts were purchased from the site fixez.com.
Cosmetically, it's in great condition. There are 3 small dings on 3 corners and no scratches are evident on the screen or the back.
No additional accessories or box will be included, just the cell phone. I will ship using a small flat-rate box from USPS either the same or next day.
