Returns are accepted for any functional or physical condition discrepancies. We will replace the device with the same device. If we can not replace it, we will issue a full refund.
Buyers remorse are accepted, buyer return the device at their own expense, the device must be returned in the original condition, 25% restocking fee applies.

Is this phone able to make and receive calls without problems (you can hear callers and they can hear you)? Had a 7 plus that could not and I don't want that to be an issue.
Yes this phone passed our phone call tests to have both a clear ear piece and working microphone.
Sometimes depending on the carrier, phone, and region the quality of signal you receive can vary.
That's good to hear. But if I do have a problem with this phone, I need to pay the shipping to return it to you for a refund? Or do you pay for shipping on returns?
In the event that you experience a internal problem with this phone, we can except it's return for repair or refund of purchase.
