This phone is in good condition--I'd say Good+. I believe it was originally sold as a Sprint phone, but I can confirm that it works on Verizon. AT&T's site tried to sell me a plan when I put in the IMEI, so I assume it works with them. TMobile site says "We have good news. This phone has key features that typically provide a great experience on the T-Mobile network." There are several small dings around the frame of the phone, mainly along the bottom edge. There are also micro scratches on the back that are not visible unless under the right light. No scratches on the screen and no burn in/ghost images. I was told the battery was replaced a few months ago. Full price purchase will include installed film screen protector plus two new ones (one glass, one film), an orchid gray and black Spigen case, an Incipio smoke gray and black case, Samsung charging block, and a 6' nylon braided charging cord that supports fast charge.
