Is this iPad mini locked to verizon
I don’t think so, I bought it outright at Best Buy. I’ve put the Mini 4 SIM card in my new iPad Air. When I open my Air’s Cellular Data page and select Add a New Plan the list of carrier choices includes all the usual ones (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, etc.).
