Locked to Verizon means ESN is clean for activation but only can be activated on Verizon, correct?
Correct typically within 24 hours after you activate on the Verizon account it should automatically unlock and you can take the phone into any other carrier that you want. I would do this myself but i use AT&T as my carrier.
