Thank you for your inquiry. We offer a 30-day warranty for functionality for a full refund. A user is free to return a non-defective device under this policy but a 10% restocking fee will be deducted due to expenses. I completely understand your reservations. The scratches on the screen are faint and visible only when the screen is dark and the phone is held at the correct angle under bright light. I hope this help.
