It works flawlessly, only selling because I have an Apple TV that I prefer to use.
Included is the Chromecast Ultra 4k, the power cord, and HDMI attachment.
There is minor cosmetic wear and tear, but let's face it, it's going to be plugged into the back of your TV so who cares?

But the short version is yes, you start steaming from your phone, then in the app send the stream to the chrome cast, where it then appears on your TV in glorious 4K
