Calbj - Yes it can be unlocked. With AT&T, you just have to request the unlock and if it's paid off (which it is) then they will unlock it after a few days. Mr. KC - I cannot drop the price from where it stands. Amerisha - The camera works perfectly. Hawaiinot - There are no issues with this device.
