photos posted, i am not sure were to find the oem unlock status... but phone is unlocked because it is dual sim anyway.

Are you sure that this is an SM-N960FD? I ask because I believe Hong Kong uses the SM-N9600 and the firmware versions shown in the photos are SM-N9600 versions according to what I see on Google.
this is the SM-N9600 but swappa dfid not have an option for it with dual sim capabilities.

I believe dialer settings are accessed from the Dialer, hamburger menu (3 vertical dots), then Settings. Recording may be under advanced or something like that. Thanks
