Damage Description
CAN"T UPGRADE OS. This laptop is functional and works great, but you cannot upgrade the OS beyond what it has, which is version 10.9.5. Long story short, some macs have an issue where later versions of mac os x cause problems with the dedicated graphics card. If you upgrade it will start freezing whenever the dedicated graphics turn on. Hence the discount.
