The phone is still under warranty until November. I don't know if it's transferrable. I have not read Oneplus TOS.

Okay here is what i found
“Yes it is. Warranty is for the device.
Make sure you provide the buyer with the original order invoice (you can print this from your OnePlus account under 'my orders'). They will need the order number as well as IMEI for their support ticket should they need to claim warranty.”
The warranty is tied to country of purchase as well.
