Thank you for your question. We have not noticed any significant changes in battery health. As far as we know, there was nothing wrong with the phone. We simply switched carriers and upgraded phones.

Hello! Thank you so much for your response! I am unfamiliar with iPhones, but I see other sellers checking somewhere in the settings and giving a battery health percentage. I'm a Galaxy user thinking about switching. :-)

- How old is the phone?
- Has it ever been serviced?
- Any scratches or cracks on the screen?
- Is the phone still under warrantee?

1) yes, we are the original owner. Used the phone for 2.5 years, until we switched carriers and upgraded.
2) never been serviced, and no longer under any warrantee
3) no known damage to the screen. Please see the images

Sorry, actually we already reduced the price by $10 from original posting, and unfortunately $10 gets cut from the price you pay compared to what we receive.
