Brenda, Oregon doesn't currently have an official swappa location. Would there be an repercussions if we were to proceed anyway? Any suggestions on how we can make this happen?

I noticed that too, I am not really familiar with Swappa and apprehensive about paying without the protection of Swappa.. I mean unless you posted it on CL and we met ;)
