This iPad was provided to me by Apple after an Applecare claim on my previous iPad. I logged in once to activate the remaining AppleCare+ coverage (still good until 10/14/2019. (I decided to upgrade to the new 12.9 inch model.) I'm throwing in a first-generation Apple Pencil that pairs with this. The iPad is in mint condition, with no obvious scratches. I will also throw in a case I used- it's a bit beat up, but it's functional and will at least give you good protection until you find one you like.

Is there and warranty left on this iPad
Yes, and thanks for asking. Applecare on the device is good until 10/14/2019. I'll post a picture to confirm.
This does mean that I did sign into the iPad, but I confirm it's working. I'll edit my description.

Do you ship to Canada?
Sadly, no. There seems to be a ton of regulations that come into play with going to Canada. For example, you might have to pay GST on the device. Swappa talks a little about that here:
