Is this locked to ATT or still under contract?

It is not under contract if it was I couldn’t list it on here. As far as it being unlocked I am not sure so I did a google search on Mac forums and found out this:
Clarification, the embedded SIM is locked to AT&T. The physical SIM card slot is unlocked for use with any carrier.

Hey Darren, can you upload pictures of it running iOS 13 (vs the setup screen)? Also, how will you be selling this if the buyer doesn’t have a developer license/account?

The set up screen looks no different on 13 than it does on 12. I don’t have a developer account. I just downloaded the IPSW and installed it. It’s just got to be done through iTunes and not OTA.

Would you reinstall iOS 12 before the sale transfer?

I only ask because I get nervous about beta software, bugs, and bricking the device. Would you consider $600?

Are there any scratches, dents, or knicks on the screen or outer case?

Zero scratches, dings,dents or flaws. The iPad was never touched on front or back. It has had the apple protective cover on it. It was turned on updated and charged. That’s it. Almost zero use.

I do not have the receipt. It cannot be listed on here if it had a balance owed on device. The IMEI is checked by swappa for outstanding balance.
